Hajra Patel
The Director of the Incorporation graduated from The University of Durban Westville with a BComm(Law) in 1978 and a LLB degree in 1980. She was admitted as an Attorney in March 1983 having served her articles of clerkship with one of Durban’s most prominent female legal practitioners, Zubeida K Seedat.  Ms Patel specializes in Commercial and Corporated Law with extensive experience in Commercial Agreements and Litigation.

Meera Patel
A BA.LLB graduate of the University of Westville is our Conveyancer and Notary Public. She too served her articles of clerkship with Ms Zubeida K Seedat and was admitted as an Attorney in August 1984, a conveyancer in May 1986 and as a Notary Public in October 1996. Her sterling effort, knowledge, dedication and passion as a specialist Conveyancer and Notary Public presented enormous growth and opportunities for her which culminated in her heading our property Law division. She renders services to major financial institutions and other Corporates.

Sheryl Sarjoo
Sheryl is also a graduate of the University of Durban Westville where she completed her B.PROC degree in 2000. She served her articles of clerkship with G Munien   and Associates. She thereafter joined Hughes Madondo Incorporated and remained with the firm for 4 years. She then joined us as an Associate in September 2008. She is a forceful and passionate personality and this trait is evident in her work. Sheryl will go the extra mile for every client and is loved by her clients and feared by her opponents. Her speciality is Family Law, Insurance Law, MVA Law, Medical Negligence, Commercial Law, Wills and Estates.  

Shashni Balraj
Shashni read her B.Iuris degree in 1994 at the University of Durban Westville and her B.PROC degree at UNISA in 2003. A dynamic personality who served her articles of clerkship at Twaise Ratlou Attorneys in Johannesburg, where she gained vast experience in Labour and housing matters and was admitted as an Attorney in October 2006. Thereafter she worked as a Professional Assistant for Attorneys Fathima Karodia until January 2009 and joined us as an Associate in our Litigation Department in February 2009.
